On June 9, AONN+ leadership Candice Roth, MSN, RN, CENP, Executive Director, and Monica Dean, Director, Patient Navigation Program Development, took part in the first CAR T Vision to Action Blueprint. Led by the CAR T Vision coalition this is a practical plan to help stakeholders address persistent barriers to access challenges and sustain and expand the delivery of CAR T-cell therapy in the United States.

Informed by insights from more than 65 multidisciplinary experts, the US CAR T Vision to Action Blueprint outlines clear, actionable interventions, supported by real‑world examples and measurable indicators, that stakeholders can adopt to address access challenges across awareness and referral, treatment capacity, and sustainable financing. A regionally tailored Blueprint for Europe will follow as part of the Vision’s broader global effort to expand access to CAR T‑cell therapy.

To support implementation, the Blueprint is accompanied by a Vision to Action Toolkit, designed to help stakeholders identify priority actions, engage relevant partners, and develop locally tailored plans to increase access to CAR T-cell therapy and support progress toward doubling the proportion of eligible patients treated by 2030.
