Local Navigator Networks

Our mission is to provide networking and educational opportunities for local Oncology Nurse Navigators and other oncology patient navigators in the Houston area, while promoting and developing best practices in patient navigation, and improving access to cancer care and quality of life for cancer survivors from the time of diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond.
The purpose of IIPNN is to provide a virtual support program to address culturally and geographically unique challenges and solutions of Indigenous Navigation programs.
The mission of Journey Across Maine Navigators is to improve cancer care for patients throughout Maine by working together as navigators and providing holistic, patient centered care through all stages of cancer care. Navigators will work together to assist patients in overcoming barriers to care, improve access to care, provide education, and work to empower all cancer patients to improve quality of life throughout the patient’s cancer journey.
The mission of the Kentucky Oncology Navigator Network of AONN+ is to provide networking, collaboration, education and professional development opportunities to local nurse and patient oncology navigators in order to be advocates for patients and caregivers and improve the quality of life cross the cancer continuum.
The mission of the Long Island Navigator Network of AONN+ is to provide networking opportunities, education and support among local oncology navigators, and to share best practices, promote professional development, and improve patient experiences.
In alignment with the national AONN+ mission, SCONN strives to advance the role of navigation of cancer care to provide best patient outcomes in the Coastal and Pee Dee regions of South Carolina.
The Early Lung Cancer Detection Network (ELCDN) provides networking and educational opportunities for Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) and Incidental Pulmonary Nodule (IPN) navigators, coordinators, and staff nationwide. Our goal is to promote best practices in lung cancer screening and incidental pulmonary nodule navigation, facilitating early detection of lung cancer. By increasing adherence to screening programs, ELCDN aims to shift lung cancer diagnosis from later to earlier stages, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
Maryland/ D.C. Patient & Nurse Navigator Local Network will provide education, networking, resources, best practices and evidence-base person-centered oncology care.
The mission of the Middle Tennessee Local Navigator Network of AONN+ is to provide networking and educational opportunities for local oncology nurse navigators and other oncology patient navigators in the Middle Tennessee area, promoting and developing best practices in patient navigation, improving access to cancer care and improving quality of life for cancer survivors throughout their disease trajectory.
