The mission of the NC Connect Local Navigator Network is to connect oncology navigators across North Carolina to promote collaboration, share resources, and support best practices in patient navigation in order to improve access to care, care coordination, and patient outcomes across the cancer care continuum.

The mission of the Colorado Alliance for Community Health Workers, Patient Navigators, and Promotores de Salud, the Local Navigator Network of AONN+, is to promote policies, programs, and partnerships that: reduce and eliminate barriers to quality health care both within health systems and the community; reduce disparities in health outcomes; and foster ongoing health equity.
