The mission of the Arizona Local Navigator Network is to engage the community and influence patient outcomes through education, communication, networking and community outreach.
Our mission is to unite, facilitate and foster learning and collaboration with local nurse and patient navigators in the Boston area.
The mission of the Central Indiana Navigator Network of AONN+ is to enhance the professional development of oncology navigators in cancer care and survivorship and advance the role of patient navigation through collaborative networking, professional development, and promotion of evidence based practice.
Cancer Patient Navigators of Georgia (CPNG) is a statewide organization of people who guide individuals and their families through the continuum of cancer care.
The mission of the Colorado Alliance for Community Health Workers, Patient Navigators, and Promotores de Salud, the Local Navigator Network of AONN+, is to promote policies, programs, and partnerships that: reduce and eliminate barriers to quality health care both within health systems and the community; reduce disparities in health outcomes; and foster ongoing health equity. The Alliance believes that every Coloradan has an equal opportunity to obtain healthcare that personally addresses their medical, mental, emotional, social determinants, and spiritual health needs.
The mission of CTPNN is to convene cancer community navigators, mobilize advocates, and educate colleagues for the purpose of providing quality services to our cancer community in Connecticut.
The mission of the East Tennessee Navigator Network of AONN+ is to provide networking, educational opportunities, and collaboration among local oncology navigators to share best practices, enhance professional development, and advance patient care across the cancer continuum.
The mission of the Florida Oncology Navigator Network (FONN) of AONN+ is to expand the role of oncology navigation by offering a local network for professional development throughout all regions in the state in Florida, where members can exchange ideas, knowledge, and experiences for the provision of quality patient-centered cancer care.
The mission of the Greater Kansas City Navigator Network of AONN+ is to develop relationships and unite navigators in our region, connect with our peers on a regular basis, learn together and from one other, provide support networks and open lines of communication.
Our mission is to provide networking and educational opportunities for local Oncology Nurse Navigators and other oncology patient navigators in the Houston area, while promoting and developing best practices in patient navigation, and improving access to cancer care and quality of life for cancer survivors from the time of diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond.
