We are just starting a financial navigation program within our system and part of what I am wanting to provide to our new patients with this service is a Financial letter outlining resources - patient insurance information - etc.

Does anyone have a letter or resource they could share so I don't have to start from scratch?

Thanks Clara - I appreciate the support. We are gearing up for some fiscal year asks to help support this program but wanted to make sure we have a letter we provide the patients with their new patient packet that alerts them to the program and how we can service them better from a financial standpoint to help reduce their anxiety around this area.

I'll definitely reach out in the future to pick your brain!
