Networking is about interacting and engaging with people for learning opportunities to become stronger together. It is a mutual give-and-take relationship where one identifies with a group to be able to ask for advice and a colleague can openly provide advice or best practice. Equally, all are able to share knowledge and skills to help provide optimal outcomes for patients and caregivers.
