Rani Khetarpal is the CEO & Co-Founder of NavPoint Health, a healthcare organization dedicated to supporting navigators through NACI Care- a digital platform that incorporates standardized navigation metrics and enables navigators to maximize their time and resources while keeping their focus on their patients. Rani is also founding partner of Raviya Health Solutions, boutique consulting firm focused on healthcare and life sciences consulting & fractional leadership with an emphasis on 0-1 GTM strategy & Commercialization. Rani is also the founder of Global Transitional Care, the first Medicare-approved provider organization centered on clinical transitional care.

With over 25 years of experience across the 4Ps in healthcare, Rani has over 25 years of experience across the four P’s in healthcare: patients, payers, providers & pharmaceuticals, including roles at focused on Value based Care, Provider Operations, Patient Services, and Organizational Strategy & Growth. Rani possesses a rich background in oncology, value-based care initiatives, operations, navigation/care coordination and pharmaceuticals, her work also has her heavily involved in advocacy and policy development with various oncology stakeholders, as well as public and private payers.

Rani is passionate about board service and has served on several non-profit boards. She has been involved with the Academy of Oncology Nurse Navigators (AONN+) for over 8 years, and is a member of AONN+’s Patient Acuity and Navigation Metrics Subcommittee - work that demonstrates Rani’s deep-rooted passion for innovation in cancer care, specifically around initiatives that ultimately result in positive outcomes for patients, providers, and organizations.
