How involved are you as a navigator in helping with biomarker testing?

In my Survivorship Navigator role at LUNGevity, I have the privilege of supporting lung cancer survivors across the country.

Not all lung cancer survivors receive comprehensive biomaker testing (BMT) consistently, and this can depend on where a survivor lives and where they seek treatment. The necessity for BMT is essential and I frequently direct survivors back to their primary Navigator or oncology team for this discussion.

I'd love to hear how other Navigators are involved as well,
kmr
