Has anyone started implementing charges for navigation services in their practices? 

If so, would anyone be willing to share what your process is? We have been starting discussions at my facility, but I have concerns about copays. I would hate for this to become another financial barrier for patients.

I watched a video on Navigation reimbursement and it clearly stated that you will need either verbal or written consent from the patient and that they are clearly aware that they may be financial responsible for charges. That was certainly not what I expected and just another financial burden for our patients.
