As an extension of our Patient Navigation Training Program , Susan G. Komen is proud to host its 2nd annual Navigation Nation Summit Thursday September 7th from 10a-3pCT. The summit will explore the intersection of health equity and patient navigation and discuss strategies and resources to address barriers contributing to health inequities. We hope you can attend and/or share information about this FREE virtual event to navigators/community health workers/advocates who may be interested!
