How do you measure value in your navigation job or role?

This is an interesting question, Sharon. I believe there is a need to marry how the navigator measures value in their role and how the administrator measures value in the job.

Agree Karen! Commnication between administration metrics such as CoC, EOM or other metrics needs to align with what is expected of the navigators in their metrics. This has been discussed numerous times at our conferences ...usually in preconference sessions around developing or revamping programs.
