Rachael currently manages AONN+: “The vision of the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators is to achieve, through effective navigation, patient-centered superior quality cancer care coordination from pre-diagnosis through survivorship/end of life.” AONN+ is an association whose mission is to promote the role of the navigator to be recognized as an essential member of the cancer care team.
As Senior Director, Expert Networks at AONN+, she led the support team and was tasked to grow recognition of the association through membership, industry sponsorships, and educational conferences.
