CATCH Submission

AONN+ members can submit their “Catch” of a patient problem and their positive solution that significantly impacted patient care. Once reviewed by AONN+ Leadership, a CATCH of the Month will be selected to be featured on AONN+ social media and in the monthly Navigation and Survivorship Newsletter. A CATCH of the Year will also be selected and presented at the AONN+ Annual Conference.

Eligibility

  • Participant must be an AONN+ member
  • Participant must be an oncology navigator: clinical/nurse, patient, financial, community, social worker, or a manager/leader in the field
  • Participant must have demonstrated excellence in patient care through service and/or leadership aligned with the Academy’s mission, vision, and core values in the field of oncology navigation

Application Materials

  • Signed consent for publishing. Download the form. ** if selected to be featured by AONN+, a member of our team will reach out for additional materials **
  • Signed Letter of Recommendation from Manager
  • Current curriculum vitae
