The mission of the East Valley Arizona Local Navigator Network (EVALNN) is to engage the community and influence patient outcomes through education, communication, networking and community outreach.

The mission of the Colorado Alliance for Community Health Workers, Patient Navigators, and Promotores de Salud, the Local Navigator Network of AONN+, is to promote policies, programs, and partnerships that: reduce and eliminate barriers to quality health care both within health systems and the community; reduce disparities in health outcomes; and foster ongoing health equity. The Alliance believes that every Coloradan has an equal opportunity to obtain healthcare that personally addresses their medical, mental, emotional, social determinants, and spiritual health needs.

The mission of the Central Indiana Navigator Network of AONN+ is to enhance the professional development of oncology navigators in cancer care and survivorship and advance the role of patient navigation through collaborative networking, professional development, and promotion of evidence based practice.

The mission of the Kentucky Oncology Navigator Network of AONN+ is to provide networking, collaboration, education and professional development opportunities to local nurse and patient oncology navigators in order to be advocates for patients and caregivers and improve the quality of life cross the cancer continuum.

The mission of the Southeast Louisiana Network of Oncology Navigators is to empower a local network of Oncology Navigators through collaboration, support and education in order to provide quality care to patients and their families throughout the cancer care continuum.

The mission of Journey Across Maine Navigators is to improve cancer care for patients throughout Maine by working together as navigators and providing holistic, patient centered care through all stages of cancer care. Navigators will work together to assist patients in overcoming barriers to care, improve access to care, provide education, and work to empower all cancer patients to improve quality of life throughout the patient’s cancer journey.

The mission of the Maryland/ D.C. Patient & Nurse Navigator Local Network is to provide education, networking, resources, best practices and evidence-base person-centered oncology care.

The mission of the Greater Kansas City Navigator Network of AONN+ is to develop relationships and unite navigators in our region, connect with our peers on a regular basis, learn together and from one other, provide support networks and open lines of communication.

The mission of the Oncology Nurse Navigators of New Hampshire is to facilitate and foster learning from one another through regular communication and collaboration on the evolving role of the Oncology Nurse Navigator.

The mission of the New Jersey Local Navigation Network is to provide networking and educational opportunities for local oncology navigators and those supporting navigator roles in the Emerson, NJ area and surrounding towns as well as near suburbs in the New York City metropolitan area. The focus will be promoting and developing best practices in patient navigation and improving access to cancer care and quality of life for cancer survivors from the time of diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond. We strongly believe in the need for both referral and recognition of oncology rehabilitation and the positive affect rehabilitation (PT/OT) during and after cancer care to help oncology patients get back to living their best lives.

The New Mexico Cancer Patient Navigation Network (NMCPNN) seeks to improve cancer outcomes and remove barriers for patients across the cancer care continuum. We strive to bring together different types of navigators from various backgrounds from throughout New Mexico to make a positive difference in the lives of cancer patients.

The mission of the United Navigators of Oklahoma (UNO), a network of AONN+, is to support the national AONN+ mission by providing a local open forum for Oklahoma navigation professionals to share educational opportunities, knowledge, networking, collaboration, advocacy, and outreach. This forum of professionals will provide the highest quality of navigation services for all patients from screening through survivorship.

The mission of the Northwest Navigation Network (NNN) Portland Chapter is to improve patient outcomes through collaboration with oncology nurse navigators, patient navigators, care coordinators, and social workers in the Pacific Northwest community.

The mission of the Upstate South Carolina Navigator Network of the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+) is to provide an open forum to enhance the professional development of all local navigator member professionals through shared educational opportunities, knowledge, networking, collaboration, advocacy, and outreach.

The Network of Oncology Patient Navigation in West Africa (NOPWA) strives to bring together different types of navigators from various backgrounds from throughout Nigeria to promote the role of patient navigation in cancer care and survivorship planning by providing a network for collaboration and development of best practices for the improvement of patient access to care and quality of life.

The Oncology Patient Navigator Specialty group is inclusive of the patient navigator across the oncology continuum who is not licensed, whether you are a patient navigator in a clinic, the community or in an institution.

The purpose of the Indigenous Peoples Navigation Network (IPNN) is to provide a virtual support program to address culturally and geographically unique challenges and solutions of Indigenous Navigation programs.

The mission of the Virtual Midwest Regional Navigator Network is to provide an open forum for navigators focused on excellence of care shared educational opportunities, knowledge, networking, collaboration, advocacy, and outreach and extend the national AONN+ mission.

The mission of the National Breast Cancer Foundation Virtual Navigator Network of AONN+ is to advance the role and visibility of patient navigation in cancer care by providing a place for NBCF-funded breast cancer patient navigation programs across the country to come together to learn, share, and support each other.
