This educational initiative is designed to meet the educational needs of hematology/oncology nurse navigators and registered nurses; other healthcare professionals, such as patient navigators and social workers who have a focus on cancer and survivorship are encouraged to participate.
The AONN+ Midyear Conference, held May 4-6, 2018, in Boston, MA, was certified for up to 13 contact hours of CE credit. This educational initiative is intended for hematology/oncology nurse navigators, patient navigators, and social workers whose focus is on cancer care and survivorship. It will also be useful for nurse practitioners, oncology nurses, advanced practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in managing patients with cancer.

The goal of this workshop, comprised of CE-certified didactic and interactive activities, is to provide an educational forum in which oncology nurses and nurse/patient navigators can benefit from networking with and learning from their colleagues to improve patient care and impact positive outcomes.
